All appointments must be paid for at the time of scheduling. Refunds can be given with a proper notice of intent to cancel. Refunds will NOT be given for any service actually received.

We realize that schedules change and life happens, but out of respect for our other clients and our time cancellations or reschedules must be made by 3 PM PST the day prior to your scheduled appointment. Failing to reschedule in the proper timeframe will result in NO REFUNDS.

If you arrive late to your scheduled time you are forfeiting that amount of allotted time to your appointment.
