5 Messages from the Akashic Records about your health

Before diving into these messages it is important to note that not all of them will be for you.  It is vital to use your discernment when deciphering which message is to be placed upon your heart and awareness. For some of you, all of these messages will be intended for your eyes and ears. Take a moment here to take a deep breath into your own heart space to center yourself into these messages. 1… 2… 3… ~inhale~... ~exhale~

Are we ready?

Let's go.

1. You have been neglecting your health for far too long now.

It is true. You are not your body. You are inherently a divine soul and being who is not bound to only the constraints of this physical human body that you exist in. But that does not give you the permission to viciously neglect the body you’ve been given for this life. This isn’t to say, go punish yourself and do all the things you hate doing for your health. This is to say, it is time to find something that works. Anything. Start with one action that makes you give love and care to your physical body.

Maybe this looks like:

-drinking plenty of healthy fluids (we aren’t suggesting simply just water because there are many healthy creative ways to get hydration. Find your favorite)

-getting monthly or bi-weekly body work sessions from a professional that make you feel GOOD (i.e massage, assisted stretching, facial, etc.)

-eating foods that actually nourish you and not something to just say you ate.

-movement in any way shape or form. USE your body.

-starting with a checkup from your health care provider.

There are so many ways to start somewhere but all that really matters is that you START. One thing that can be guaranteed in the physical human form, is that we can’t go backwards in time, time keeps passing and your body is being neglected from lack of care. Start small.

2. The best way to ensure a happy life is to cultivate a happy mind.

I know. Cliche, right? Well it is cliche because it is true. Your health is only as happy and striving as your mind chooses to be. And we aren’t suggesting toxic positivity and never feeling “lower vibrational" emotions. What if we told you that allowing your emotions (whichever they may be) actually creates a safe space within your body to regularly feel happier? If we choose to ignore our emotions and push them down we are telling our subconscious that we aren’t safe to feel anything. This does not hold truth my friend. Feel what needs to be felt so that you have proper and ample space to hold room for the happiest of feelings. The longer you prolong grief from moving through you and leaving room for new as it escapes, the longer you block happiness from refilling those empty spaces. Happiness comes from feeling all your emotions..

3. Proper nourishment is your friend.

You will not be perfect in pursuit of a dietary change. Just like you will not be perfect in anything in life. You will have slip ups, you will have days where you feel like you failed. And that is okay. What matters is that you try. True nourishment for you doesn’t look like counting calories, weighing food, adding macros, and stressing over the “diet bill”. Proper nourishment for you looks like actually eating. It is no longer beneficial to skip meals. (it never was but we’re going forward babe.) It is no longer in your best interest to worry about every little piece of food that touches your lips. You need whole foods. Fruits and vegetables galore. You need a hamburger sometimes that just puts a smile on your face. Some chicken nuggets and french fries that remind you that life is worth it. You need the sushi roll without the sideways glance of “how many carbs are in that rice?” The comfort meals that remind you of home. Something new you’ve never tried before. You need to eat. It is time to stop neglecting yourself out of fear of making an imperfect choice. Even the healthiest of foods these days are being tampered with. Eat to nourish and most importantly, remember to stay balanced.

4. If it’s not working, quit forcing it.

Your routine is no longer serving you. You have been stuck in the motions for oh so long out of habit. Not out of actual results. It is time to make a change in your own routine and the structure of how you are utilizing your time for yourself. Your routine used to make you feel so good, but when was the last time you actually felt that way? Have you gotten stuck in the ruts of a good habit? This isn’t to say you are doing anything unhealthy with these habits, but this is to say that it just doesn’t hit the same. It is not bringing you the same level of pride for yourself, it isn’t exciting you anymore. It’s not necessarily broken, but it just needs some new paint. Throw in a new habit to your routine that you’ve been curious about for quite some time. You know exactly what it is, you thought of it right as you read that. Do that. Sprinkle it in. And if it doesn’t feel as good as you thought it would, try something new! Stop forcing the same routine just because it worked for a while.

5. Your health matters because you matter.

The depth of how you care for yourself is directly connected to your level of self worth. We know some of you read that and thought “okay I actually care for my body really well but I KNOW I have self worth issues.” For those of you who went there, we challenge you to realize that you care about yourself a lot more than you give credit for. And if you still don’t believe it, maybe it is time to reflect on who you are doing it for then? If it’s not for you, who is it for? There are no wrong answers here. If it is for someone external then it is time to actualize some of that love and care for them and share it with yourself. If you are on the opposite end of not caring for yourself because you don’t think you are worth it. Start there. Caring for your health begins with one tiny ounce of self worth. Like seriously, one little strand. Take the time to find that one strand of worth and RUN WITH IT. It will continue to grow and expand off of itself. You matter. Your health matters. Your physical body that carries you matters.

As stated in the beginning, some of these messages might not resonate. Every single one might land. Whichever feels right for you, sit with what fits. Let it digest. Make small habit changes and remember that it is worth it to care for yourself. Sit with the version of you who made it to old old age and ask them what matters of health mattered to them. Ask them “how can I care for future me right now?” Good health matters because you matter. Old age you matters. The generations that come from you matter. Trust that caring for yourself, in all ways, makes a difference in the world. It affects your vibration which affects everyone and everything. It all makes a difference.
